After studying entertainment illustration at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, she graduated with distinction and was winner of the International Student Organization Award in 2004. Afterworking on the design and construction of various projects including Mirage Resort & Casino and Citycenter Las Vegas she turned her attention to casino marketing, working at Aria for 4.5 years. Later she owned and operated various small businesses include restaurants and ice cream trucks while continuing to work on design projects all over the world including Baha Mar Resort & Casino in the Bahamas, Resorts World Genting in Malaysia and Nintendo World Universal Studios Osaka. With an overarching desire to make incredible memories, she approaches hospitality from all disciplines of guest experience including design, gaming and F&B.

Las Vegas born and raised, Jesse entered directly into a culture where iconic signs makethe city landscape. After apprenticing at electrical tradeschool, he moved into the sign industry, spending six years at Vision Sign Inc working on wide-ranging projects such as the Caesars Rewards rebrand and Ballys Guest Tower remodel. After leaving Vision, he continued in the sign trade. He spent two years at Ad/s in sales and project management. His notable projects there included the concessions and sponsorship signage for Allegiant Stadium and Resorts World Casino Signage. Jesse brings a strong background in design, fabrication and installation of signage projects. He takes pride in seeing a project through from concept to completion.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Jaclyn studied Visual Communication Design at the University of Washington, graduating on the Dean’s List with a Bachelor of Design. After finishing her education, she also was part of a team to win an EX Award for Best B2B Production for the environmental design at the 2012 Starbucks Leadership Conference. She continued to excel in the environmental graphics field, working in both design and sign manufacturing firms, leading large-scale projects with clients like the Seattle Mariners, Starbucks, Microsoft, Pike Place Market, and MOD Pizza. Recently, she was one of five creatives across North America honored as a “Maker of Tomorrow” by Signs of the Times magazine. With her forward-thinking approach, technical knowledge, and design experience, Jaclyn brings a unique perspective to the field, creating both beautiful and buildable guest experiences.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Mao brings over 25 years of experience in the construction and business development industries. His career began in 1998, managing construction portfolios for an engineering firm in California, where he gained a strong foundation in project management and financial oversight. In 2013, he expanded his professional reach internationally to establish a dental clinic franchise specializing in dental tourism Bogotá, Colombia. He successfully launched and operated the first clinic from the ground up, combining his entrepreneurial vision with operational leadership. By 2015, Mao transitioned into the signage and architectural design industry, with projects across the Las Vegas Strip and nationwide. Among his early accomplishments, Mao played a key role in the Fontainebleau Las Vegas project, a $2.1 billion development, where he managed voucher control and construction financial processes.
